SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within two (2) working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

For orders outside of SA and very remote areas, we will deliver by courier within their normal routes. A delivery surcharge will be added for deliveries to outlying areas. This will be calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel.

We will not deliver to plots, farms, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports or harbours. An alternative address will need to be supplied by the buyer on registration.

We will supply all goods to the courier company in good order and will reasonably endeavour to ensure that goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the

same good order.

Delivery times vary. On average customers can expect deliveries to metropolitan area addresses i.e. Cape Town, Johannesburg, George, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Bloemfontein as well as Pretoria within 1-3 business days. Outlying areas expect delivery

in 3-6 business days.

DEFECTIVE GOODS, ADVERSE REACTIONS AND
RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

If you have received a product from us and found that the container is defective or leaking, or if the mechanism is defective, please contact our Customer Care Line at 074 037 3415 within seven (7) days of purchase and we will gladly collect the product at our own expense and provide you with a replacement or store credit.

Some products sold on the website contain active ingredients, which, in rare cases can cause transient irritation of the skin upon initial use thereof. We thus recommend using these products not more than three times per week initially and then gradually increasing to daily use. If you have developed a more severe reaction to any of these products supplied by us, please contact us on our Customer Care Line at 074 037 3415.

An experienced staff member will endeavour to resolve any adverse reactions. Refunds or store credit on products causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis.

If you wish to return any of the products, you may return it

to our physical address within 5 days at your own expense. If the product is unopened and the original packaging is still intact, we will provide you with Upenya Cosmetic credit.

We do not provide monetary refunds in these circumstances.
