Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 working days and handed over to our courier for delivery.
Upenya delivers via The Courier Guy. At checkout, choose between door-to-door delivery (R85) or Pudo locker collection (R49). Orders over R800 qualify for free delivery. Free local collection is also available in Tzaneen and Johannesburg — WhatsApp 079 023 9301 to arrange.

Delivery times vary. Customers in metropolitan areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and George) can expect delivery within 1–3 business days. Outlying areas within 3–6 business days. On average, most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days of payment confirmation.
Please note: Upenya currently delivers within South Africa only. We do not deliver to plots, farms, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, lodges, airports, or harbours. If your address falls into one of these categories, please supply an alternative delivery address at checkout.
We supply all goods to the courier in good order and will reasonably endeavour to ensure they arrive at your chosen address in the same condition.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have received a product that is defective, leaking, or has a faulty mechanism, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp 079 023 9301 or email sales@upenya.co.za with a photo of the item and your order details. We will collect the product at our own expense and provide you with a replacement or store credit.
If you wish to return a product for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account unless the item is damaged or incorrectly sent.
We offer either a full refund to your original payment method or store credit - depending on our findings. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. Store credit is issued immediately and never expires.
